NO LLM 保証¶
- A4 は HE-2 + 4 SQLite query のみで構築されます。LLM SDK の import は CI guard
tests/test_no_llm_in_production.pyで 機械的に禁止されています。 - placeholder 解決は
am_placeholder_mappingの決定的mcp_tool_name + fallback_valueロジックです — LLM 推論はゼロ。
