FAQ
Where do I issue an API key?
Three ways: 1) issue a paid API key from Pricing (Stripe Checkout, fully metered at ¥3.30/unit, issued immediately); 2) an email trial (14 days / 200 requests, magic-link auth, no card, no automatic conversion to paid); 3) registration-free anonymous use of 3 requests/day/IP (use it on the spot via curl / Playground, resets JST next-day 00:00).
How do I cancel?
Open the Stripe Customer Portal from the dashboard and cancel the subscription. After cancellation, API access remains valid through the end of the current month, and only the current month's usage is billed on the ¥3/billable-unit metered basis. Disabling, deleting, or rotating an API key suspends that key's use and is not cancellation of the Stripe subscription or paid use. Billing stops from the following month. There is no cancellation penalty or minimum usage period.
I lost my API key. Can I reissue it?
You can rotate it from the dashboard's "reissue key" button. The old key is disabled immediately, so update the client side before running.
How do I download an invoice (qualified invoice)?
You can download the PDF from the Stripe Customer Portal. jpcite's Qualified Invoice Issuer number is T8010001213708 (Bookyou株式会社).
How do I check API rate limits / usage caps?
Check the X-RateLimit-Remaining header on each response, or the usage graph in the dashboard. A monthly budget cap can be set optionally from the dashboard; when the cap is exceeded, requests stop with HTTP 503 + cap_reached:true.
How does MCP auto-auth (go.html) differ from a normal API key?
go.html is a dedicated flow that takes the confirmation code (e.g., ABCD-1234) presented by an MCP client such as Claude Desktop, ties it to Stripe Checkout, and automatically distributes the key to the MCP server. To obtain a normal API key (curl / Cursor / ChatGPT Custom GPT, etc.), use Pricing.
How do I configure Claude Desktop / Cursor / Cline / ChatGPT Custom GPT?
Integration guides are provided per client: Claude Desktop, Cursor, Cline, and ChatGPT Custom GPT.

Billing and legal quick answers
- Cancel paid use from Stripe Customer Portal. API access remains valid through the current billing month, current-month usage remains billable, and API key deletion, rotation, or disabling is not billing cancellation.
- jpcite fees do not include external LLM, search, tool-use, cache, or cloud provider charges.
