Deltas in public-agency data are detected daily and published with primary-source URLs. Delta metadata is CC BY 4.0; the originals follow each source_url's public-agency license. Update frequency: daily (when there is a delta). Format: both RSS 2.0 and JSON. Path: /audit-log.rss.

Designed not to call external LLM APIs

jpcite's server-side processing does not call external LLM APIs; it returns structured data and primary-source metadata. Your AI client uses that evidence to compose its answer. You can fetch primary-source URLs, fetch times, and evidence items before answer generation, and use jpcite as an evidence-prefetch layer before handing long documents to an AI. Automated checks are in place.

Supply chain / SBOM

Monthly (a Day-1 cron) the SBOM is regenerated in CycloneDX 1.4 format and published at /.well-known/sbom.json. For dependency-vulnerability disclosure, follow /.well-known/security.txt. Format: CycloneDX 1.4 / JSON. Updated monthly.
