Evidence-to-Expert Handoff
For licensed Japanese professionals — 認定経営革新等支援機関 (certified SME management innovation support organizations), tax accountants (税理士), labor & social-security attorneys (社労士), and SME management consultants (中小企業診断士). jpcite prepares a source-linked evidence brief before professional review when SMEs need help with subsidy or financing applications.
Professional registration
To join the handoff cohort, email [email protected] with subject "jpcite handoff professional application" and attach your registration certificate (registration notice [登録通知] or registration certificate [登録証]). Replies are sent in Japanese; the underlying data and matching engine are language-neutral.
jpcite organizes primary sources on subsidies, tax rules, labor, and administrative procedures into a small evidence brief, handed off before an AI answer, an internal decision, or external review. Instead of re-reading long PDFs or search results each time, it structures the basis, the unconfirmed points, the confirmation questions, and the reason for human_review_required.
What to assemble before review — four deliverables
- Evidence Brief (primary sources and basis): source URLs for programs, laws, and public data; fetch date; source type; confirmed facts; and the separation of information that cannot be used for a determination.
- Handoff Brief (summary passed to the next reviewer): a summary of the company, consultation purpose, and candidate programs; unconfirmed points and additional materials needed; and a list of questions for the AI, internal staff, or professional.
- Advisor Brief (material for the accept/decline decision): recommended professional domains; boundaries to confirm before consulting; and the key points used to decide whether to accept or decline.
- AI / Workflow Triage (turning work into tickets): the reason for
human_review_required; a breakdown of work that a non-licensed person can handle; and structured JSON for an AI.
How the handoff works
- Evidence lookup — check primary sources such as corporate number, programs, laws, and administrative events.
- Known gaps — make explicit the unconfirmed points that public information alone cannot determine.
- Question sheet — break down the questions the customer, AI, professional, or staff should confirm next.
- Professional candidates — surface candidates based on region, support domain, industry, registration-verification status, and availability.
- Sharing after consent — customer contact details and the Review Handoff Packet are shared, only to the necessary extent, after explicit consent.
Professional-candidate ordering
Candidates are surfaced based on region, support domain, industry, registration-verification status, and availability. We may receive a fee from listed professionals, but that is not reflected in the ordering of natural candidates. The display policy of GET /v1/advisors/match is equivalent to paid_influence=false.
- Support-domain match — overlap between the issues extracted from the Review Handoff Packet and the professional's areas.
- Region / consultation-method match — location, serviceable area, and online availability.
- Industry / size match — experience close to the company's industry, size, and consultation theme.
- Registration-verification status — verification status of corporate number, qualification / affiliation, and public profile.
- ID ascending — the tiebreaker. Advertising fees, listing fees, engagement amounts, and deal amounts do not raise the ranking.
Notes on professional collaboration
- Boundary of professional work — tax consultation, labor determinations, legal determinations, application-document preparation, and submission on behalf are performed within the responsibility of the relevant licensed professional.
- Attorney category — for attorneys' legal matters, jpcite does not receive a referral fee, deal commission, or any fee linked to engagement remuneration.
- Ordering not linked — listing fees, deal reports, engagement amounts, consultation counts, and remuneration amounts are not reflected in the ordering of natural candidates.
- Personal information — customer contact details, the Advisor Brief, and the referral token are not created or shared before explicit consent.
- Complaints / correction requests — suspected misrepresentation of qualifications, false statements, personal-information leaks, or aggressive solicitation are accepted at [email protected].
