For licensed Japanese advisors — 認定経営革新等支援機関 (certified SME management innovation support organizations), tax accountants (税理士), labor & social-security attorneys (社労士), and SME management consultants (中小企業診断士). Receive matched client referrals through jpcite when SMEs need professional help with subsidy or financing applications.

Registration opens at public launch (2026-05-06)

To join the founding-advisor cohort, email [email protected] with subject "advisor application" and attach your registration certificate (登録通知 or 登録証). Replies are sent in Japanese; the underlying data and matching engine are language-neutral.

How matching works

End-users (SMEs / sole proprietors) ask for an advisor through the LINE bot or the web search.
jpcite matches by region, industry, and engagement size, then surfaces the top advisors.
If the user retains you, they contract directly with you at your published rate. jpcite does not take a margin on your professional fee.
Customer rating disclosure is required after each engagement (景表法 compliant).

Cost

End-user (the SME): ¥0 to ask. They pay your professional fee directly if they retain you.
Advisor listing: free to register, ¥0 monthly. Pay ¥3,000 tax exclusive (¥3,300 tax inclusive) only when a client actually retains you. No subscription, no minimum spend, no exclusivity.

Eligibility

To list, you must hold one of: 認定経営革新等支援機関 ID, 税理士登録番号, 社会保険労務士登録番号, or 中小企業診断士登録番号. Foreign-licensed equivalents are not eligible — this is a Japan-jurisdiction professional service.
